Originally from Finland, now lives in Kyoto. Graduated twice: first in Media Technology (majoring in programming), then in Asian Studies (majoring in Japanese language and culture).

Worked in customer service, translation, and teaching, and ran a one-person concert production company. Changed careers to software engineering. Did full-stack and backend development across multiple projects at an international software consultancy. Moved to Japan and later worked at a Japanese SaaS company. Currently freelancing.

Values people's happiness and inner peace, and felt UZUMAKI embodies these values best in Japan. Reached out and joined their wonderful team and environment.

Outside of work, goes to the gym and enjoys nature, music, concerts, games, podcasts, and audiobooks.
